  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

2. Offline Training

  • For offline courses, refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 5 business days before the scheduled training date.

  • Cancellations made within 5 days of the training are not eligible for refunds but may be credited toward a future program at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Downloadable resources, digital materials, and completed courses are non-refundable.

  • Any special discounts, bundles, or promotional purchases are final sales.
