1. Online Courses
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided that the course has not been completed or significantly accessed.
Refunds will not be granted once more than 20% of the course content has been accessed.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.
2. Offline Training
For offline courses, refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 5 business days before the scheduled training date.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the training are not eligible for refunds but may be credited toward a future program at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Downloadable resources, digital materials, and completed courses are non-refundable.
Any special discounts, bundles, or promotional purchases are final sales.
